剧院老板德拉科因为欠高利贷麦格拉思一大笔钱，决定抓熊来表演舞蹈赚钱还债。小灰熊葛利谢尔达的妈妈被抓走。远在外星的熊保护中心听到了熊的呼救，派出塞巴斯蒂安来解救。塞巴斯蒂安在地球朋友的帮助下，斗败了奸商，解救了葛利谢尔达的妈妈和所有被抓走去表演的熊。
