Ayase Yukiya is a kind soul who is a university student. His cousin, Tetsuo who is his only relative he has left, sells him to a high bidder in hopes of making a big profit so he can pay off his debts. Kanou Somuku is a rich loan shark who has a bad temper buys Ayase for 1.2 billion Yen. Kanou knows that something has happened between them in the past but Ayase can't remember who Kanou is.
