PLOT SYNOPSIS: Paolo, already an old man, is part of a group of smugglers operating along the Franco-Italian border. When he gets sick, his place is taken by his beautiful young wife Alina, who joins in the shipments with three companions, two of mature age and Marco, an impetuous young man.
