There are not many kings, that moonlight as film directors. King Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia is just such a rare bird. He made more than a dozen feature films and over thirty documentaries. Some of the newer ones are even available on DVD, but the productions from the 1950s and 1960s, when Cambodia was considered to be the "Switzerland of Asia" (and before the Khmer Rouge systematically killed off the elite and wrecked the country) are hard to get.
This spooky story must be HM loviest (and campiest) film.Just appreciate how a head of state can still find pleasure in a little ghost story like this. Aparently the whole royal household was involved in this production, and the enchanted castle seems to be the Royal Palace!
