A prelude film of the famouse Look Out, Holigans (uploaded here link ). It touches the problem of litterning the streets, trampling public green areas, wasting water and turning a blind eye to the acts of vandalism. The bad character of this movie is a "street spitter" - a thoughtless cherry eater whi litters the pavement.
