Sacred Creatures is a darkly comic exploration of faith and family. Estranged siblings reunite after a family tragedy, in which the middle sister believes she has experienced a spiritual awakening that everybody sees as psychosis. Her behaviour grows stranger, disrupting family dynamics and draws in a group of acolytes who find her insights powerfully compelling.
