This one isn't my favourite for sure even though Colin was still gorgeous in those clumsy period costumes. But you may like it if you're a fan of medieval Europe, the darkest period as I shall call it.
What I don't like includes nudity and storyline. There are quite a few nudities involving Colin that I'm personally not very fond of. Well, my nerve just isn't strong enough. The story happened in medieval France, which explains its weirdness. By then the animals and human beings were treated as equal on the court, so the idealistic lawyer Colin played hard to defend a pig for a murdering case. And he lost and left the village in diappointment at the end 'cause ideal is always beaten by reality.
In the movie, there are many bizarre things that aren't understandable from a contemporary point of view, but that's the history and the movie is very true to it. The hour of the pig (aka Advocate in NA) is full of irony that requires a certain taste and sense of humor to be appreciated. Sadly, I seemingly don't possess them.
